Hello Jay , Don't worry about the slow growth, when June and July gets here there will be no stopping them
I reckon you can expect to harvest them around the end of September begining of October.
One piece of advice I can give you is when near harvest time be vigilant for "bud rot" due to the weather at that time of year.
