They're everywhere, they've been around for years. Some are stupid pricks who just talk shit, and some carry knife's in they're pocket and would stab you for just wearing and iron maiden t shirt. You see little kid chavs, which can be as young as 11, and you can see chavs in they're late 30's with baby's, and the baby's are dressed as chavs too. They have low inteligence, and they only use voilence, they don't stick up for themselves, they just cause random voilence and talk like retards. Like if a chav was to say he was going to punch you in the mouth, he'd say "i'll bang ya! innit!". They are LITERILLY scum of the earth. Its embarssing to have those asshole's in this country.
