"cack scratchers" hahahah, killer! it doesn't take an electrician to look at breakers, the cover has to be on by law so you cant get close to wires behind it. Fry your "cack scratchers" (very damn funny synonym) hahahha! plus if you turn em all off and your landlord IS stealin' your power, it'll really piss him off! guarantee he'll call or show up right away!
Im just saying the breakers should be marked and it would be really easy to find out whats causing your consumption problem; without the electric company coming over. if you have any labeled "spare" and its on, turn it off, that may be the "stolen" line.

My closet pulls about 250 watts(approx .25 Kwh per hour.) I have a feeling that the cops are gonna bust in any minute now because of this outrageous mistake on the power company's behalf. I know that for a fact that if i turned on every light in the house and the computer, and the tv 24 hours a day, that the power usage would be nowhere near 2000 watts per hour.
