If you do not know anything about electricity, I would kep my cack scratchers outa that breaker box. You happen to have weet feet or just happen to be standing in a little water and ground the 220, you might wake up dead. Do as 4x5 suggested, lock your door, call the power company and ask them to come check the meter. Make sure you advise landlord you intend to do this first, as the problem may "solve itself" mysteriously:dance: Thats free and they will do it within a day or so. Just my suggestion.
