4 sticks in a 10in pot sounds like alot to me.

My plant is under 2 CFLs, 1 45 watt warm and 1 23 watt natural light, and a flourex 27 watt bulb, total lumens 5700, it is still in the vegetative stage of growth, it is in a pot 10 inches diameter, about 5 inches deep, under 24-7 light, with a fan, the 2 CFLs are about 6 inches over the plant and the flourex is angled to hit the lower leaves.
