i got pulled over...fuck

ok, so i was driving home from a party tonight with my friend in the car. he had about 10 beers, but i didnt drink at all. So its around 12:15 and im literally 5 minutes from mt house, when i see this cop car. So i go a little below the speed limit( he was behind me). a thought popped into my head" wow, ive never been pulled over before, man that would suck" and literally 5 seconds later he turns on his lights. Now im thinking "oh fuck, i have a 30 pack in my trunk, pack of swisher on my dash and a can under my seat...and im only 16...fuck".

so he comes to my car and says i have a head light out. He then shines his light in my car and see these street cones i had in my back seat....fuck once again. I forgot about them, which i took off my friends hands who had grabbed them from road work area. so thats when he asks if i had been drinking and then took my license and my friends....we sat in my fucking car for 40 fucking minutes waitng for him to come back. He even called back up...wtf. So he comes back to my car and tells me to get out. So i do, and he then asks if he can search my car. I know my rights, but considering the fact that i had the cones in the back seat, i was jsut going to obey him...so i said yah.

So he looks all around my car, finds the swishers and the can...he also looks throught where i had some pens...he was lookin to see if i had a pipe on me. He was being the biggest dick ever....finally when he says i could get back in my car and i said" sorry for the trouble sir" and tried to shake his hand...and he jsut fucking looks at me. now see, i dont know the proceedure or anything, i dunno if your not suppose to shake the cops hand, but i was jsut trying to get out of the ticket.

as i was in the car, i started to think...i was suppose to get a 20 sack tonight, but the guy never showed up....wow, thank god i didnt get the weed.

any body else ahve any problems with cops? haha

edit: the weird thing was, was that he didnt check my trunk...which was where the beer bong and the 30 pack was....do they need a search warrant for that?

I`ve never got pulled over so i dunno

But i`ve been in cars thats been pulled over with friends... we were on the way to a cannabis club and were pushing 90 on a 65 freeway

i said yes because we had stolen city property! it would look suspcious if we said no...they could of prob. got a warrant anyways...this cop was a dick.


edit: yah, i got a 200 dollar ticket, but if i get my head light fixed , then it goes away...but i have to do it in 7 days.

I was really stoned and got pulled over on an interstate hwy, only I pulled to the left. The cop was like YOU TRYING TO KILL US?

first of all
last thanksgiving i was in a car with my friends and one of their brothers driving. it was a souped up acura CL
well teh cop pulls us over for speeding, and we were on our way to town to go to a party
we had 3 6 packs in the trunk (driver was 21 so no matter) and the driver had a half, i had an quarter, and my friends both had pipes (1 had shrooms)
the cop gets us all outta the car
and he searches and finds all the bud.
but he didnt find the beer
so i was fuckin freakin out
and the cop comes back to us sittin by the car
and he tickets the driver for speeding
and gives us our bud back
im like

and hes like party safe dont drink and drive
and he drove off
second time was a few weeks ago when i was implicated for dealin dope to little kids
instead of the cop comin over and arresting me and booking me
he talked to my parents instead of takin me to DH (juvy)
hes a cool dude too

you cant get in trouble for having a 30 pack of unopened beer even if you are underage. second the shakin you dont do that cuz its akward. dont touch the piggies.

I hope that you learned a valuable lesson .... Make sure all of your lights work when driving at night. Cops will use any excuse to pull over a 16 year old after midnight.

What probably saved you was that you weren't drinking, and you acted normally (except for the hand shake LOL).
