This is my first time growing indoors and i wanted to post here to see if my system has any flaws,Ive got 6 plants. First of all, as far as the soil goes I wasnt real sure but i used 1/2 regular potting soil with sand and perlite and some organics and, 1/2 Miracle grow enriched potting mix (18-6-12), threw package reccommed amount of blood and bone meal and let set for 1 week, For lighting im using 2 250 watt Flourescent lights for vegative growth on 24hours then eventually 18/6. they are in a 5 square foot box. after i can tell male/female im going to transplant (reccomend soil for me to use then). after transplant im using 150 watt HPS light for each little lady. i know i need more than that but im near broke and thats the best i can afford, im going to cover the inside with aluminum foil (dull-side out) hopefully then the 150 will do (they are going to be in indivdual home made closet type growing space). I am going to top because of the lack of vertical room.

I also had another thought, many people complain about light not reaching the lower leaves and i was wondering if i could maybe put a low power flouro on each side of the plant along with the 150 HPS at the top for all around light or will it not work?

Lemme know what you think oh and also, reccomend fertilzer i planned on using bat shit
