Well since there's no seed sales allowed here, you'll be hard pressed to find someone willing to sell to you. Once you've been active for a bit, some people have been known to give away seeds to members who are active and in good standing.

You could always buy through Dr. Chronic or Seedboutique. They're both very reliable and reasonably priced.
