Hi Members,I am a meduser for the last 6yrs.I had quit smoking herb when my son started imitateing me roll up and smoke,being his only parent as is mom chose to be with her old flame and alcohol-I figured i better for my job maintence mechanic for a tribal housing houseing which did drug tests,I had already smoked for ablout 20yrs as i am now 45yrs old.My son now 11 went to a day care then when i quit smoking,he had an asthma thing anyways then but now grew out of it.Then in 1998 my back went out from an old work injury 1987 i was sideing new homes and bulged out 2 discs in my lower back causeing pain to shoot down my backside threw the back of my thigh and calf,i could not even sit in a chair for a month.I got better so i could work again,after 6yrs at the housing job i lifted heavy objects such as fridges and stoves.Now i suffer chronic lower back pain ,next i am diagnosed with hep c1a after i do not feel well,i am close to cirrsis stage,the herb helps me feel better mentally and physically,i also get chronic reccurrent depression.I have been a member of TY for close to 3yrs.My state is going to put MMJ on this falls ballot for the people of the state to vote on.I love Bob Marley since i first heard him 4yrs ago,I know i must of lived under a rock.lol.But close a rock of drugs.I been clean since 1987 from the needle,15yrs from alcohol,now i am being weaned off Methodone and Darvocet and Klonopin.Due to my liver.I am 1/4 native american and a member of a federally reconized Native Tribe.My grandfather was a NAC[Native American Church]member,my dad has been baptized into this church-i am told by some roadmen[people who help with peyote cerimonies]That Peyote can help with the pain and overcomeing my narcotic addiction of the last 6-8yrs,but i have to be off the methodone they said as it would conflict with the peyote ,i even talked to my pain management dr. about mmj but she would rather keep me addicted to methodone than use herb that is natural.Love to talk.may God Bless and Guide,peace sincerly E.J:rasta:

EJ, feelin for all your ailments dude. But, no way that methadone is better for you overall than MJ. It is highly addictive and continues to bash your liver.
And esp since YOU like it better.

No offense, to your doc, but I believe that most MDs...well, suck!
Except for pediatricians.:thumbsup:

BTW - a good Dr will suggest that you eat it instead of smoking.

Also, yes Bob Marley is a legend.
