my friend got charged with DUI, driving without a lisence, posession of MJ and paraphenalia. I got possesion and paraphenalia. I feel so bad for my friend but my summer is ruined along with his.

I dont think im going to e in that much trouble the cops were so nice and gave our joint away to their buddy, and yes that does help us because its less evidence. He also didn't give my friend the DUI which is big trouble and as long as we dont get an asshole judge i think it could be okay within a few months. Parents aren't mad they were joking around with me about it and are taking it very well.

Because we looked suspicious. He said we drove better than most adults but what got us was no license plate infront, illegal in NJ, and the inspection sticker was invalid also. it was a 1990 eclipse. They kept making weed jokes and called us retards, shitheads, fuck ups, all which we were. I am so depressed and jst hope nobody outside my family hears it like my school or my work. I'm an B+ A student and we just had a talk with the class about how pot impairs your driving judgement. I just hope my best friend isn't too badly punished because he got the DUI, driving w/o a license, and the paraphenalia and possesion, which we both had about 1 gram each. He's not getting his license for 2 years so whens hes 18.
