1st time grow

i am new to growing an wondered if anybody can help me. i bought durban poison from nirvana. i have a few questions.

1. i planted 2 seeds what is the chance that 1 is female.
2. they were planted about 3 weeks ago and now are on to their 3rd pair of leaves is this the normal time limit.
3. they have the sunlight allday but could the street lamp light affect the plants.
4. can i use miraclegrow at this stage of growth.

i would be greatful of any information thank you.

2. Yes that is the normal time
3. If you plants are near street lights i would DEFINATELY get them away
4. DON'T use miraclegrow (because there is too much nitrogen in miaclegrow and would burn out your plant) use Blood Fish and bone meal.
