Wow... do some research on erowid.org! You can buy it, grow it, and possess it legally but it's illegal to extract the mescaline and consume it, so if you wan't to trip you will be breaking the law. You're almost better off buying Peruvian Torch "incense" and using that to trip, it's much easier then making preperations from a live cactus.
