Smell an issue?
Hey all
I am growing 7 plants in a 5 by 10 space(my walk in closet). this will be my first grow, i am wondering if smell will be an issue when the plants are mature? If so, what would you recomend to get rid of the smell. Thanks,
Love.

Smell an issue?
is it possible to clean up the smell with a carbon scrubber, with no new air intake??

Smell an issue?
The carbon filter goes on the exhaust side but you can scrubb the whole room by returning the clean air back into the room.

OR, just stink up the rest of the house with cigars, works wonders.

Smell an issue?
I have one Cinderella99/Northern Lights cross that has no odor, but my 3 NYCdiesel/SAGE/Cotton Candy are stinkers ... my girlfriend smelled them immediately upon entering the house, when they were just seedlings (I have a very poor sense of smell) ... after those two lights, she says she smells NOTHING, and they are now into flower ... I positioned them so the exhaust fan pulls the air past the ionizer bulbs, on the way out of the 2'x4'x7' cabinet ... I dont have as much ventilation as I would like, so that possibly helps them work better, since the air doesn't "rush" past them, giving them a moment to work .. ? .. just a theory ... :smokin:

If you are growing certain strains, there is no way to cover up or scrub the smell entirely.
With White Russian for example. I had two 10" CAN FANS and two 5FT tall carbon filters running 24/7 and its still a bitch.
GOD FORBID it gets into the ventilation system....
People walk into the house and BAM!
