Fuck man, im tired of this bullshit. My eyes are so tense that i can't fall asleep. But im tired as fuck. Oh well.

Hot herbal tea works wonders for me. I love it. Also Celestial Seasons' sleepy time tea with valerian makes me drowsy...but I don't necessarily believe it's because of the valerian. I just find it relaxing. Oh, and a really dull book is great,too. Good luck.

reading a book in bed usually works for me.
or lay on a couch with the tv down low so you can't really hear what's going on and drift off to sleep.

I hate it like that though man, when your eyes are so active and don't want to close but your dead tired. Ughh I seem to get that more and more if I'm not high when I go to sleep, so I dunno what's up with that.

I usually put on some south park but not really pay attention, the sound of anything drowns out my own thoughts which is usually what keeps me awake 99% of the time

take some melatonin or something herbal, and drink hot tea/ warm milk

ah i needed to do some hw so i took 12 hour time release concerta (kinda like ritalin) at like 4 so no im screwed till 4

i also put something on the tv to drown out my own thoughts(south park bigger longer and uncut) or drink tea. i take melatonin too, but i think its too late to take it tonight, because its already 1:30
