I'm new to this, and I have a few questions.

Alright, well just so you know I've searched these things many times. I've found a lot of info but most of it is quite difficult to understand, especially to someone just recently getting involved with cannabis growing. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated..

First of all, I'm quite poor. I need some lights that will work, but I don't want anything too fancy here. What are some good suggestions for lighting that will be relatively cheap and produce plants? I'm assuming some sort of flourescent, but I need some more detail. If you can, put it into easy terms, because I'm a newbie. By the way, I'm growing with my friend in his closet. Any other tips you feel should be added are welcome.

Second, how far apart should i space my plants? or should I put them all in separate pots? I guess to begin with I should use separate pots, but Im not sure what to do once I transfer. Ah, someone help!

dont know if youve been to this site, but it explains everything from beggining to end in an easy to understand manner... it helped me when i first started. www.sweetleaf.co.uk

as for cheap lights. you get what you pay for... more watts equals more money,, and more buds..

go with some compact floros, and i would keep the plants in different pots, probably 3 gallon ones.

Check your local home store or pet stores for compact flourescents, the bigger the better. If you live in an area where you can put it outside a little bit, doing so during the flowering stages for a couple of hours in the middle of the day will supplement the weaker lights.
