Correct. Your body only has so many cannabinoid receptors. If you smoke enough you will max out these receptors and you will not be able to get any higher without using other substances that manipulate your receptors in conjuction with weed (e.g. alcohol). The THC that isn't processed by your body's cannabinoid receptors is stored in your fat. This is why people who smoke every day get high when they work out. The fat gets metabolized and frees up some of your stored THC.

Heavier people will stay high longer because the THC that is autometabolized in their systems takes longer to get through all of their fat. Skinny people, or people with higher metabolisms (athletes and trainers) will not sustain their highs as long because their bodies metabolize THC very quickly.

I've heard that the more you smoke the less good your high feels, So what I was thinking is why not just smoke more since the more you smoke the higher you get anyway. But is it true that you never really get as good of a feeling that you do the first couple times you get high? I guess It varies but what are your all experiences? Rating: 5
