BWAHAHAHAHA!!! You forgot a step. You're supposed to put their lifeless bodies on the end of a toothpick. Kind of like a trophy of the dead. That serves as the warning for all who dare follow!

And yeah, actually I have heard somewhere or other that burining a bunch of ants and then placing their bodies around the perimeter of where you don't want them, keeps the rest away. Sounds like a chore though.

Love is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres

Draw a line of chaulk around a group of ants. They're stuck forever.

ants dont like spicy, if you know where they are coming from, drop a bunch of chili powder over their entrance, and they might not want to leave.
apparently capcium has a numbing effect on their bodies or something like that, whatever it is, they dont like it and will want to leave. but it takes a lot, i mean not a lot at a time, but you gotta keep with it untill they get the picture.
