for veg you need nutrients high in nitrogen, ex. blood meal. 12-0-0
for flowering u need something high in phosphorus ex. bone meal. 2-14-0

try to use organic nutrients!!! 1. they dont make the taste of ur pot worse
    2. u cant overfertilize them 3. they're fucking organic))

u can get all of it in home depot, or canadian tire

there are fertz that are 20-10-10, and 15-30-15 they have a better consistency of n-p-k but they are not organic, they have very bad and harsh chemicals in it, thats why u can burn ur plants and make the taste harsh, so i would say blood meal and bone meal is more than enough for ur plants.
If u want to use chemical fertz then u need to be careful, and flush ur plants with water for 2 weeks before harvesting.

    hm... try ebay.
