I don't think it's going to dry in four days if it's still all on the plant. If you're willing to wait up to two weeks, sure.

Four days maximum? You're going to want to cut the stalks [ with the bud ]; trim the excess leaf from them; and then hang them up to dry individually.

yeah i agree they will dry faster if they are separated from one another
