The smell is real fruity, and overmasks the ganja smell. You can still smell the herb, but the grapefruit smell is just a bit stronger.

It's real sticky too, I'll tear a piece off my nug and I can roll it into a ball.

p.s. For those that have smoked Grapefruit, can you please explain your high in details, how you felt, etc. I'm still not sure this is GF, but it's the closest one that matches my description.
