Its like a fair weather fan. Your're only a fan when the team is winning. So "fair weather" in this case would be someone who is friends with u when u have bud, but are long gone when u dont.

'Fair Weather' means that people will be around you when everything is good, but split when it's cloudy (ie, you're dry). I've been lucky enough not to run into people like that. The one person I hooked up with since I moved here is mad cool, so I try to stay in touch about other things besides weed. Although, we end up talking about herb and comparing notes most of the time. But people who are sometimey (Fair Weather) are worthless leeches.
