i'm payin 40 for an 8th & 60 for a 1/4

i'm in niagara falls & the cops have been cracking down hardcore. so far in 2 months, 90 ppl & at least 2 or mentions a wk in the paper. i'm quite sure with that, prices will go up as the city gets dry'er.
