    I am confused....

Okay, I looked yesterday and it looked like the trichs were mostly clear, some cloudy, and a a couple of amber on each bud.

    Maybe it was the lighting.

Today, I looked and it seems that most of the Trichs are clear... "maybe" some are cloudy.

The amber ones must have just been clear trichs reflecting the amber pestils.

The pestils are almost 60-70 amber... i think. It is week 10 of flowering.

Does this seem right to anyone?

Every strain has a different flowering period. 10 weeks is usually long enough for most strains, however if you have poor lighting it takes longer.

I will post a picture in a couple of hours.

Also, doubt it is the lighting.

I am more worried about the pestils. Is it okay to still let he trichs mature even if all the pestils turn?

Yes, the pistilles mean nothing at all. IT's the trichomes that tell you when the plant is mature. If its not the light, then it must be a long floweirng sativa.

On dif strains the pistols will turn. that's why we have white strains now because the trich's turn cloudy before the pistols turn orange. Follow the trich's, Always. When drying and cureing they all turn anyway.

    Thanks guys... again.

I know it is the trichs, I was just getting worried because the Pestils are turning fast. I thought I was on the right track as the trichs looked to be getting cloudy and just starting to amber... but it must have been a reflection of the pestils because I cant find any today.

    The confirmation is much appreciated.

Here are the pictures. Each top bud (and there are 5) are about the size of a normal light bulb.

A pic of the tops, then 1 top, and 2 seperate buds as promised.

    This is one plant.
