Thankfully we had other such great Americans as Rosa Parks who refused to obey an unjust law/unconstitutional law(and it was a law none-the-less) and said "Fuck you" to those who would make her sit in the back of the bus and give her seat up to whites. It is Americans like her that i salute. Not those like you who follow their leaders up mountains of shame looking for others to blame.
San Francisco is a great and wonderful place. Name any other place in America , or the world, that has over 40 cannabis clubs operating in full public view. We have parades for those who the rest of America discarded and hated. We have a lot to be proud of here, and i for one am proud to live in such a diverse community of beautiful colorful brave people.

the cannabis club is a dispensary where you can go and buy your pot. they range from the very deluxe to hole-in-the-wall establishments. some of them let you smoke on site, even furnishing bongs and vaporizors and a friendly atmosphere. usually you just walk up to the counter and they will have the strains and prices listed on a board. you can get edibles and "extract" (not hashish since it's technically not approved for medical use), the best marijuana available, etc.

everybody in california is getting medical cannabis because it is very easy to do so. i'm guessing that probably 20 percent of "cardholders" only have their cannabis card so that they can distribute cannabis. with respect to this fact, i believe that the medical marijuana system in california needs to be reformed, as it really *is* being exploited by criminals and people who just want easy access to their weed. many cardholers do in fact sell their weed to other people, smoke it with other people, and use it recreationally. the card is a loophole in the system. this is because many clinics are very leniant in writing recommendations. i can say from experience, when i applied for my card it was as simple as filling out an application and speaking with the doctor for a brief moment. Because california law is written so vague, you could probably in theory obtain a medical marijuana recommendation for any ailment, including *chronic boredom* heh.

and THAT is why so many people are getting cannabis club weed. they've got friends with cards who will hook it up, or they have cards themself. even the fucking dealers themselves will obtain a card so that they can go buy it from such a reliable source. that's why the FDA needs to approve it for medical use and it can be put in the pharmacy. i'm down for medical marijuana but i hate to see it abused like this.

While I won't argue that the laws are bad, they are the laws and have held up by SCOTUS over and over, therefore making them constitutional. The only way to fix the problem is to reschedule. If you want to stay in denial, that's your choice.

Inteligent has two L's. As for the courts? they are as corrupt as those who selected them. I am no Rosa Parks, but we do have much in common. We have the ability to recognize when others create laws that are unjust, and we are both willing to stand-up to them in defiance.:thumbsup:
