if you'r going to get a different attorney, and you think this may go to trial, then change your attorney first.. you could be charged for changing attornies half way through a trial, and you dont want that..

secondly, make it public.. make the DA look like a baddie, whos trying to take away your rights.. make sure everyone knows and theyre on your side.. get research to back up your case, experts who can back up your case.. research it yourself if you have to.. make sure theres no way she can win... hopefully, if it goes to trial, you wont get a mean old nasty judge lol good luck
