I've never thrown up on bud, and I'm personally suprised that anybody has. I guess I can see it happening right after a hit, but from what I've read, it's supposed to relieve nausea and increase appetite.

Panic attacks happen, people's minds react in different ways. Other things can take affect on the experience, the two most significant being the person's mindset (Your mood, how you feel, what you're thinking at the moment, recent relationship problems, etc, and the setting (where you're at). Other things can affect it as well, such as other drugs being used with it.
