UV lights are no good man.
You want MH for vegging and HPS for flowering.

The UV will give your plants no usable light. And that means you wont yeild anything.

The plants are about 12 cms high and are starting to smell - rents are getting suspicious anyways - they are growing in my 4 ft fish tank which has a floro-flow light which was used for aqautic plants.
