    Trichome/Late Flushing/Curing Question

Okay, first time at the plate here for the harvesting... very excited!

Trichs are mostly clear & some cloudy depending on which part of the plant depends on how much cloudy.

On any given bud there are 1 to 2 to 3 or so amber trichs. (that I can find)... and still mostly clear, and some cloudy ones.

I have not given it fert/nutes in 4 days, just once watered.

Is it too late to flush? I dont want a lot of amber trichs, I want the right amount... which may mean I have to cut this thing inside of 2-5 days.

So the question is... do I still have time to do a good flush... and if not, will curing take care of what flushing normally would for taste???

you can still flush, maybe wont be as thorough as if it had been done over 2-weeks period, for instance ... but, should be fine ... watch the humidity, ya dont want mold in the buds this late in the game ... :smokin:

    Trichome/Late Flushing/Curing Question

Reaper: Thanks. The air is VERY dry as a matter of fact. The ac has been on pulling all of the humity out of the air. I will flush with the next watering in 2 days... then check the trichs again. Hopefully I can get 2 flushes.

mscaboo: Up until 2 weeks ago, the only thing used was organic lime, alaskan fish emulsion, & Bone meal. A Bloom mixture was made with Seaweed, Bone Meal, & The fish. I am afraid after 2 doses with that, a lot of sulfer/salt was probably added to the soil in an attempt to up the K. Lime was added with both bloom feedings (8 days apart) to balance the PH.

I dont want a fishy taste either though...lol

Will curing take away any of the Chlor taste that I dont get with a short flushing phase?
