i've passed them, all i did was run and drink a shit load of water, and smoked twice before my test, if you got like just a couple days before your test, work your ass off, sweat and drink a shit load of water. that does the trick for me atleast

Test in 2 weeks I just got caught and was told by my mom that she was going to test (urine, prob from doctors office or something like that) me in two weeks, I have been smoking at least 8 times a week, since late May. Do I need to do anything special or will I be good? I drink only water, green tea, or juice. I run 2-3 miles every other day, and am 150 lbs. What do you guys think? Also, would dilution work or can they tell if thats been done? Thanks alot. Rating: 5
