OH yeah, before attaching the baloon, let it warm up for 5-10 seconds until you see a nice white/clear vapor, by letting air run thru it..that way you will get the most efficient vapor hits when filling up the balloon.

And clean it with some alcohol..I used the same stuff I used to clean my bong. And Kief works awesome mixed with some nice kush or something good
