The people above you will almost definitely smell something as the plants start to mature. Why not try growing inside?

My situation is that I'm voluntarily going dry for a bit, so I figured what better time to start growing...and what better way to celebrate if/when I'm successful!! I'm not too familiar with the area I live in, so I think I'm going to try and grow at home. Now, I plan to grow on my balcony. I live on the first floor.
