Alright Guys, I got a quick question in general and I figured I could at least get on here if no where else. So I just got some weed for the summer, some nice headies. But I don't smoke to often, every now and then just to chill you know:rasta: , anyways I have to store it for like 4 weeks and I really don't Know if thats going to make it lose any potentcy? I've actually heard that It becomes more potent the longer it sits, I don't know though.

I tend to stockpile bud and save it for when I need it. Usually, I just keep it in a tight tupperware container and some place out of the sun and everything is fine. I've also read people using vacumm sealers. Putting it in the freezer is yet another way to go.

Tupperware or mason jars in the fridge. At least try to keep them in a cool place.

I mean the THC stays on for awhile though doesn't it? I mean I just hope it keeps untill the summer. I can't throw it in the freezer, my roomate would snatch it up, but I got it stored in the closet and the ac is always on, so i hope that will be good.

THC degrades in light, which is why you need it in a dark place.

The buds develop mold if they're in a warm place.

I don't see why it wouldn't be fine in the A/C for 4 weeks. It should be okay, but I'd check it anyway before I smoke it, mold can be deadly if smoked.

Dont keep it in a ziplock baggie for longer than a couple of weeks, as mold WILL form and fuck up your buds.
Just keep it in a mason jar, and each day take the lid off for a few mins, as most Herb that you buy on the street has only been dried, not cured. Good curing takes a few months and really brings out the flavor of the Herb.

It may be dumb, but what is curing? I mean I must really not know to much at all about weed. although I do only smoke it every once in awhile. but I def. get ripped as shit everytime. I'll make sure I get it in a mason jar as soon as I get home. Hopefully It won't grow mold in only having it for a month.

glass jar is very good zip locks will do in a pinch ...keep in a cool dry dark place ....enjoy the summer peace
