to reduce the airflow inside meaning your fans cant get the same amount of cool air through to your system as normal thus creating a risk of your processor and/or other parts of the puter to get to hot and burn out

then he can ask mom for a new puter cos that ones broken

seriously though, dont put shit in your puter unless you got something to cool it other than fans, air flow is very important

Hide it in an arm of a jacket/sweater and hang it in a closet.

just hang it so the arm with the bong in is at the back of the cupboard, no-one will look that closely
