Just a pinch gives me a pretty crazy trip. The salvia smoke was pretty harsh to me. I always smoke it on top of a bowl though, but I could definitely tell it was the salvia that made it more harsh. Wow, my first experience with salvia was so bizarre. I did it alone, never experienced anything like it. Have fun and always be safe.
