not legal but as long as ur not growing or dealing or have less than 28 grams on u they cant do shit ive had times where ppl phone the cops cause im buying a quarter some where heaty ,but they always get there see how much i picked up and just hand me my chron and tell me to be more incanspicious next time its pretty awesome. sometimes though cops like to just be a prick to me though

Aint legal in texas either,but i have been stopped on more than one occasion with my car postively REEKING of weed and didnt even get a speeding ticket,much less taken to jail for DUI.Cops here have more shit to deal with than some guy with a little weed.Meth labs are a BIG problem here with all the chemical refinieries spewing out funky smells to cover up the meth fumes.

Englands great. Its a class C (next step up from decrim) but the cops really dont care as long as you arent smoking it around kids or causing trouble. Ive been sat in a park smoking a blunt with a couple of mates while a cops been standing no more than 10 metres away, just watching us. When we left he just said 'alright lads' and walked off. Oh, and that was when it was still a class B!
Over here, they understand that theres better things to do than bust a harmless pothead.
