Shrooms old and storage

I got shrooms in late fall and and stillhave some. All are in baggies, and rolled into another baggie, and in a small zipper (not nylon but cannot think of the fabric) case/bag. It is tight and it hsa not been left out or anything usually in a big bag/suitcase or in my room. I am wondering if there is still potency and if so how much is gone? Are they still good to eat? Let me know thanks.

Oh and they were dired already and prepared when I got them. Come on someone has to know something.

They normally need to be frozen to keep the potency. Oxygen destroys psilocybin so the best way to store them would be with an inert gas, such as the stuff that comes in a dust-off can.

Plastic baggies have small pores that allow air in and out so honestly I dont think they will still have much potency, if any. Shrooms normally have a shitty shelf life unless frozen.
