If a white man and a black man are competing for the same job and a manager gives it to the black guy because "the man be keepin him down" doesn't that make the manager a racist?

You're missing the implied point here. What you see is a black crack dealer who only sells to white people because he doesn't want to kill off his own race. What you're missing it that the same crack dealer is killing of white people because he doesn't feel as connected to them as others.

Why? Because of the color of their skin? You are in no way, shape, or form more tied to the black community then you are the human race as a whole. You only think you are because the world is racist. You are told that your people, your ancestors had a different journey than mine, and because of that we are different.

We're not different. We bleed, we cry, we laugh, we die. We're people. Imagine a crack dealer that only sold to people with blue eyes. That makes about as much sense as only selling to white people, doesn't it?
