Well first you need to get a milligram scale as the doses are in the 20mg range. Then go to a health food store and pick up some clear pills.

If you dont have a scale you can mix one MG per ML of water then dose by liquid.

By the way, any site that advertizes its products for human consumption IS NOT LEGITIMATE.

The only way you can get RCs online is by buying them as research chemicals. However im rather sure theres only one site left up thats actually legit (CRC)
