soak them until they sink then place in a warm wet napkin or towel keep moist but not soaked put on a window sill and take a look the next day to see if they have germinated, the older the seed usually it takes longer for it to germinate

BEST WAY TO GERMINATE? just to let you know i am new to the whole grow scene. i have read alot on these forumns, and alot of ebooks on indoor growing. just looking for some more experienced growers advise before i start. my setup is in a closet, dimensions are something like 4ft x 5.5ft x 7ft., i've got a 1000w hps switchable to mh ballast, w/ a large air cooled reflector.
