    Plot infested w/bugs

I've grown in the same place for 3 years and decided to move a little, weeded and gettting ready to turn the soil but noticed alot, way too many bugs that most people have probably never seen before.Should I spray the soil with something before turning it?I've always gotten away with just some ladybugs but think this is beyond the Ladybugs reach. Is there something that's organic I can use because I've kept my grows organic at least till now.
