well my mom flipped cause my grades have been going down for like the past year and i just went on concerta which is like aderol cause i got diagnosed with ADD and she thinks im just stupid cause the pot but i really havnt even been smoking that much and only on weekends cause our school drugtests.

we never really talked about smoking but like to her it seems like my life is falling apart cause i broke up with my longtime gf (who my mom loved) cause i coudnt deal with her anylonger then this and i have like 4 fs but im just oover highschool and ready to leaveeeee cant wait to move to oregon for college

Well now I can understand why she was so upset.It is as hard being an adult as it is being a child and I think both sides would get along fine if they learnt how to compromise a little.You owe it to your parents to try your hardest at school and try to keep your grades reasonable and also if you dont you may suffer later in getting a good job.I hope everything works out good for you all.

If you cant handle your shit now than you got to figure its time for something to change. I can see why she's freaking out. When grades go down parents always blame drugs first. Foreal - get your shit together. Have a talk with your parents and explain to them that you're just a recreational user and you aren't addicted. Also tell them that you are willing to do anything to make them happy. If she makes you promise to never smoke again, explain to her that you will soon be independent and can make your own decisions. However, you do respect her opinion and love her, so you will abstain from the herb until you have your grades up and etc.

If you're making F's now what are going to do in College. It sounds like your mother has the right to worry. Maybe you should take a break and sort out the other aspects of your life for a while.

I know no stoner likes to hear "maybe you should quit for a while" but thatâ??s my advice. Had the rest of your life been on track your mother would probably not be as upset.

Donâ??t waste your parents money/or yours at college. Itâ??s expensive so if you donâ??t intend to give it your very best effort than maybe you should do something else.

My college isn't that expensive; I have a $4000 a year coming my way. Every semester since junior high, I start off the semester with failing grades, then end up with flying colors. This semeter is just a lot worse because I don't really respect classes where my teacher knows less about the subject than I do. I'm one of those kids that puts work into not doing work, but still gets good grades.
