"We determined marijuana use for seventy 17- to 20-year-olds through self-reporting and urinalysis. With all their knowledge and proof, they want to come out and say "parents raise your kids with 'Pot'. Keeping them from consuming it, will not harm them, but stunt their growth, as compared to more "cultured" kids", but they will not because then they're program would be shut down.
