Life falling apart
Hey all, found this forum after I came back from Hawaii. Here's my story. I was kicked out at 17 and had to hide from the police for awhile beause my parents called me in as a runaway, even though they kicked me out. My uncle took me in for a few months, I got a job going and was in HS [senior year]. He moved to Hawaii and offered several of my cousins to come with [to help pay the bills a little and live to live in Hawaii, sounded good]. My 24 year old cous and 20 yr odl cousin katie went with me down there. I couldn't graduate there becasue of requirements, and leaving early in the semester at my old school left me fucked because they didn't give me my credits. I was working there in construction 40 hrs a week, taking home cash, which 80% or more was taken from me and my cousin [24 yr old, he worked with me at same job]. so me and my cous only seen bout 125 -150 out of our 2 week checks which were around 800. I came back to Wisconsin to graduate [and I was tired of all my money being taken from me] I've been back in WI since February and still got nothign going on. I'm living at home with my parents, working at Arbys. no vehicle of my own right now, my friends have just seemed to bail on me. Its like I got nobody left. The friends I thought I could rely on most ditch me and belittle me because I smoke weed and they don't its like [and I promise you I've had way more life experiences than any normal 18 year old guy has living growing up with such a neglectable family, hence on my own at 17] I've took inventory of what I got left from not selling my lst time going to Hawaii. I got A big ass car speaker, CD/tape player stereo, Shitload of CD's, Lightup Bar clock [older one, has to be worth some cash] DVD player, this computer and monitor [along with a 60 dolalr surround sound speaker set for it] pimp Miller light mirror, a printer, PS2[the cd rom drive doesnt seemt o read anything anymore tho] about 15 ps2 games, a portable CD player[expensive kind that hs all the options and mp3 readable] and some other misc shit. I'm seriously thining about selling it all, filling my 2 suitcases up with clothes and heading back to Hawaii to live with my cousin [He moved out of my uncles place and now has an apartment with his friend near his job] I'm going to see if I can get my old construction job back. I could stay and work on getting my HSED since I'm already fucked on going back to HS. Or sell my shit and be in Hawaii in about 3-4 months or less. This post does sound like a whinny bitch wrote it yeah, but thats completely the opposite of my attitude I assure, its just my life running into roadblock after roadblock, and just seeing I'm alone now.

ebay and thrift store can be a godsend when you're low on cash. if you know anything about books you should go to your local thrift store, pick em out and sell em at bookmans or some other used book shop. or buy designer clothes from savers or goodwill and sell them on ebay. see if you can make a profit by buying at the goodwill and selling to pawn shops.

Life falling apart
Life throws you curveballs and doesnt explain why. Gotta roll with the punches in times of good or bad. These experiences you have are the kind that really let you know what you are made of and who you really are. All i can tell you is keep yer head up and walk tall. Sounds like ya might be better off in Hawaii, so sell yer material possensions and start over in hawaii and do things right this time.

Aye, getting ahold of my cous this week. Will try to cram all the HSED/GED tests in before I leave [I really want to, hardest thing is going to be leaving behind my little bros, 5 and 8, so I've decided I wont pawn the ps2 on them ^.^ ] Head is alittle cleared now, least my paycheck is on monday.

It's not hard to fix your PS2, I've had to do it to mine several times, take it apart carefully, and use a can of air duster, Q-Tips, rubbing alcohol,
Fuck it

that should help you, easier than me explaining

Life falling apart
Today was the final decision for me after dealing with more shit, hopefully starting a new life in Hawaii works out better than this did. Praying I can get a couple hundred out of my stuff after I sell it because my current job wont be getting me there anytime soon.
