SEX
Thanks guys and yeah LIP & Zandor that is what I am asserting.
Why waste nutes, space and time (most important!) just to find out that you have a male on your hands that you have to chop?
Even with great lineage, females are still only about 60% of your crop.
That is over 1/3rd of your space (time & money) gone to waste.
Down side is that you have to revert the tiny ones back to 18/6 vegging which also takes time get them beefed up for final flowering.
BTW - Dutch Passion feminized seeds truly have very good female rates of over 90%!:thumbsup:FLORIDA MON Reviewed by FLORIDA MON on . SEX Please offer your good advices - A friend of mine and I have a disagreement about sexing seedlings when placing them into the 12/12 cycle. I say that you should sex ASAP when the plant is only 4-6 inches tall with just a couple of sets of opposing leaves. He says that you should wait until the plant is older, fully mature, with many branches and ready to flower permanently; minimum 2-3 feet tall. What do you think ladies & gents? Rating: 5
