it doesnt nessisarilly mean its going to be more expensive, maybe the dealer got a shitty hookup and he knows it, he doesnt want to sell people bammer shit, he wants his buyers back, so he'll spice it up a bit. that simple. he can just sell it as is, for a lower price (or he'll get shit for having shitty weed) or he could hook up a fatter sac for the same price (but people dont want to smoke a fatter sac of shitty weed, so thats a bad option), or he could lace it so people trip hard and love it, and sell it for a normal price.
