175W metal halide questions...

ok i know it will be simple answer i know how to dissassemble the ballast and make it remote and all that stuff (enclosed 175W mh i got for free from work) but the tag says "wired for 220V from factory refer to owners manual on how to change it" well i dont got a manual so if its not changed over already how do i change it from 220V to 110V? all the answers will be appreciated

On the ballast itself you should see a group of wires not connected to anything...check out the print on the wire....there should be a wire marked 110V...substitute that wire for the one marked 220V that is wired to your system.
