Well so much for legalizing anything, once again the bullying of the u.s. proves to be to much for it's neighbours, it may not be terrorism but it is pretty damn close.

I understand Mr. Fox,
All my adult life I have watched as the u.s. has struck out spastically and bullied other countries, I guess I am ready to fight or die, it no longer really matters. I well understand the stance that the natives held when they were forced to fight for their very lives, pushed into it over and over and over again, raped until the rivers flowed red. For too long the yanks have dictated the game and the rules, under the guise of freedom.
Bullies must be stood up to, alas it is too far past when Canada should have done it, and now she cannot. Beaten down so much through the years, she cowers at the mere threat of reprisals. Now the yanks cross our borders with impunity and grab our citizens for the simple act of selling seeds, and we help them do it. Oh Canada my home and native land has deserted me, even though I still stand on guard for her. The great white mother has lifted up her skirts bent over, and now coos as the little limp yankee beef forces its way up past the medicine line. Our brave mounted red coats have dismounted, no longer to uphold the right, but to avoid the fight.hempity Reviewed by hempity on . It has gone to self-seeking political gain. Plain and simple. Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, Bush (shudder)... hell, career politicians in general.
When in doubt, legislate freedom out of existence.. you go, Congress!

Ya. I guess it would be bad if Mexico experienced a boost in tourism, especially if it's drug tourism. After all, they then might be able to make a living in their own country. The USA would lose out on all that cheap labour that keeps the agricultural and the prison sectors profitable.
