I'd say for a beginning such as yourself, dont use a dutch...lol...you'll get to the "dutch-level" soon enough. Wraps are convienent, but I also think for a beginner, they aren't the easiest thing to start off with. Phillies and White Owls would be my recommendation. For the simple fact that (if they are new and moist), they form very well around the weed, making it an easier motion during the rolling process. The first like 50 blunts I ever rolled were all "carpet-style" or rolling them on a surface. Then after that I transformed my game to the "hand roll". If you think about it, the carpet style is a little more flexible , as you can easily justify your tightness, but it isnt as efficient as the hand roll. (for say, rolling in a moving car)...my 2...1
