His reasons are everyone are egotistical jerks, and his mom forgot to cook dinner one night and told him he is old enough to cook for himself.

maybe if he is talked out of it he will feel like a bigger loser for building a site and not seeing the "project" through.
he might get so depressed he does something silly like go to college and become a liberal CEO.
I wish i could be more help but ive lost a few mates who werent as screwed as him. Just sad to the core.
