I went to the tobacco store and picked up one of those cigars in a tube. Pulled the cigar out and used a straightened hanger to carefully dig out the tobacco, leaving a hollow shell. With the shell still in the tube, I started adding some grinded herb. Basically I would add a little, then pack it down some, add a lil more, pack it down...untill the blunt was completely stuffed.
